This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Who is responsible for your data PriceAction360 is operated by Charchit Info Services Private Limited. That company is the Data Fiduciary for the information described here. Its registered office and statutory registration numbers are set out on the disclaimer page. To reach us about your data, use the grievance page. What we collect • Your name and mobile number, and your email address if you choose to give one, when you submit the enquiry form. • The fact that you accepted the Terms and Conditions, the time you accepted them, and which published version you accepted. • Which part of the page your enquiry came from, so we can tell what is working. • Your IP address, briefly, to limit how many submissions can come from one connection. That is the whole list. We do not ask for your date of birth, your PAN, your income, your bank or demat details, or any document. We never ask for payment details, because there is nothing to pay. Why we collect it To call you back about the free programme, and to answer your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent, which you gave by ticking the box on the form. Nothing else. We keep the record of your acceptance because a consent you cannot evidence is not much of a consent — for you or for us. Who else sees it We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not hand your name or number to another company to market to you. Two others process something on our behalf. If we email you, our email provider handles your address in order to deliver that message and for nothing else. And we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which means Meta receives technical information about your visit — see the next section. Advertising, and what Meta receives We run ads on Facebook and Instagram, and this site carries the Meta pixel so we can tell which ads bring people who actually enquire, and stop paying for the ones that do not. The pixel tells Meta that a browser visited a page here, and that an enquiry was submitted. Alongside that it receives the technical information any site would see: your IP address, your browser and device, and the page you were on. It does not send your name, your phone number or your email address. We do not upload our enquiry list to Meta. It sets cookies in your browser, including one named _fbp, which Meta uses to recognise the same browser across sites. You can limit this: browser settings for third-party cookies, an ad or tracking blocker, or your own Facebook ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences all reduce or stop it, and none of them affect your ability to use this site or join the programme. Cookies One functional cookie of our own, set only after you submit an enquiry, so the site remembers to show you the full curriculum without asking for your details a second time. Beyond that, the Meta advertising cookies described above. We run no other third-party analytics. How long we keep it For as long as we may reasonably still be in touch with you about the programme. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it by law. Your rights Under the DPDP Act you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Withdrawing consent does not make our earlier use of the data unlawful, and it takes effect for the future. To exercise any of these, or to complain about how we have handled your data, use the grievance page.
